Some Award Winning Cookbooks to Read this Fall

There are so many cookbooks published every year it is difficult to decide which ones to read!  Two organizations, The James Beard Foundation (JBF) and the The International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP) extensively review and  select the best cookbooks every year for their annual round of awards. Because the JBF Awards mainly focus on American cooking and IACP Awards international cooking, looking through both book lists presents the reader with a broad range of books and cooking styles to choose from.

Links to the Minuteman Library Network’s holdings of some of the award winning cookbooks are below, the full lists are available on the websites of the organizations: http://www.jamesbeard.orghttp://www.iacp.com.
